Leadership is a skill of a person or a group of people to discuss and decide for the good of all. Every organisation has leaders or leadership groups who are providing the shell for a cooperative and shared leadership. This is one part of the puzzle to achieve real shared leadership. The honesty of the leadership makes the real difference.
What can be owned and what not? In which system and at what time? In these times, owning something is protected by law. We had times where owning something wasn't worth much. Depending on the country it still is, not worth much. Shared ownership is owning together, including, the availability on having a say (voting). Only the purpose, the country and the structure of the ownership tells you, what you really own and what not!
These times, the purpose of your investments is the most important, after that what the outcome of your investments are (income).
